The results, in the end, were great. I brought in a huge vinyl curtain measuring 14' tall and 50' wide. They were able to trim it down both in height in length perfectly. There were no signs it was even modified. It looks brand new. Unfortunately, working with Tent City Canvas House was really difficult. I was repeatedly promised measurements and estimates that never came. I had to call in repeatedly to follow up. Finally, I spoke with one of their team who was very patient with me and we got the dimensions sorted out so they could begin work, which they did very quickly. I wish they had advised me to go a bit shorter because the curtain does drag on the floor a little bit. I would have also have had them make it less wide. I was thinking the vinyl would want to relax and so it should be wider than the space requires but now I just have a bunch of extra material bunching up at the end of the track. But It's totally manageable and I can make some adjustments on my own as well to account for that. In the end, great results! But be prepared to be patient.

The job was completed well in time and was of high quality. The technicians knew their job well and replaced fabric for two of my retractable awnings and moved one of them to another location. In short quality work at a good price.

I love the way my awnings over my windows look! The workmanship this company provides is exceptional. Their installers are courteous, friendly, and professional. The shade I have over my windows is awesome, it provides great shade, and looks great! If you have the need for shade over your windows, call them. I definitely recommend them to you!

I was in need of a replacement for a canopy located in my backyard, when I was told by a trusted colleague of mine of a local business that I should look into. I was pleasantly surprised to learn of Tent City Canvas House, which has been in business for 50+ years, eagerly awaiting my patronage. As I entered the facility I was immediately assisted by the front desk assistant, a young, vibrant man by the name of Anthony, in a most engaging and caring way. After providing him with all the necessary information he had requested, he had supplied me with a more than reasonable quote. Without even so much as a sigh, he took it upon himself to take the matter up with his superior to see if the price could be lowered, which it inevitably was. They are always very helpful. Unique company in the area with some great products. I was there last week at their new location on Shields to get some work done. Just let me suggest that every client revisit their own personal experience which included contact with the employees of this exemplary coalition. Considering every moment and analyzing every step in the process, to bring your vision to fruition, ensuring that the final results were actually fully functional as well as astonishingly as you imagined. The community members involved in this organization are the best example of the adjective TEAM. Working together this very small group communicates well using exemplary listening skills. It takes time to formulate a finished product based on untrained wishes presented by a client. Knowing this and being patient will allow these professionals to bring your ideas to fruition. The quality of their workmanship, pride in satisfying the customer, and willingness to go way beyond their scope of expertise shows in every completed project.
I have been a customer since the seventies. Aside from the usual day to day products they have completed they have brainstormed to construct a portable video viewing screen for children's campouts, repaired and installed awnings on my motorhome, as well as giving personal care to countless friends I have recommended. Not all projects were easy and some have had to be modified or reengineered for optimal performance. These guys have what it takes to get the jobs done!

I wasted two weeks trying to get a canvas made for my popout camper. I'm a veteran and I was born and raised here in Fresno. Itry to support our local businesses and buy local. I first go there and a young man told me he has seen them go out ballpark $2,300 installed or around $600-$700 if I installed. After two weeks of them trying to figure it out I'm told $1,923 that's me installing it. Wasted two weeks.
