Sam needs to learn what a customer service representative really means. Horrible person to represent this company, but not even the other reps attempted to assist, I’m sure it’s due to all the bad reviews being about her and they knew she was not worth fighting her battles for. Biggest lie and fastest line was there’s nothing we could do. But quick to take the money and give false promises.

I don't recommend this company at all. The phone costumer service is frustrating. They suck they don't even give you the speeds you should be getting. They are tricking you. They lie to you and they will never fix this.. Employees at this location are not even trained properly they don't know how to help you. No management available never. they have you walking on egg shells. Call frontier

Technician came out and install for the neighbor. Trespassing on the land without asking even though the signs clearly stated "NO TRESPASSING"

Terrible internet reliability. Internet goes down once a month. Always on a weekend. The outage update it always wrong. For instance the outage happened at 5am. So far there is 4 different updates now stating by 4pm internet will be restored. All they do is credit you for the day. That’s 12 hours of no internet. That should be more than a $2 credit. It should be a free month of internet every time internet goes out on the weekend for more than 6 hours during peak internet time. There aren’t any storms in the area so get it fixed spectrum. Or I’m canceling my service.

So don't listen to the store hours online.. completely different at the actual store.. who's closed on a Wednesday? Also they don't have a phone number to call. Oh and their internet runs at about a quarter of what you actually pay for

This is the worst place ever to get a phone do not buy from here .. Needs to be shut down , they don’t care about their customers.. they are liars and they will put all your information in wrong and then tell you it’s nothing they can do about it .
