I have had two separate orders with this company over the course of a few years. Both times there was some kind of issue that caused the orders to be provided late. With the first order I had to call in to ask about it before they saw it got lost in their system, and they started the design/layout after I called in. The second was to purchase irrigation devices, and the site stated it would arrive on a specific day. When the tracking information came out, the items would be late of what I was told at checkout, I called to cancel. The cancellation was in, but half the order still appeared and they had refunded none of my money. Calling back a second time weeks after I’d placed the order I was able to get refunded and send the items back, again. Terrible experiences twice from what I’d consider a large company, I won’t be fooled into ordering from them a third time.

This company has frauds working in it. I sent them a cashier's check towards ordering some backordered products. They posted that check on someone else's account and refused to refund the money. None of their staff members ever responded, after refusal. Never ever deal with them.

Picked up a load from this yard went i went to deliver clsoe the border they could not unload me cuz rainbird doesnt make any room in the warehouse for more loads. Sevral days i was loaded with the same cargo in my trailer

Our lawn is without water in 106 degree temps. I ordered parts from Rainbird website on Monday and paid $30 to be shipped Fedex overnight. I called Tuesday to confirm I would receive them before Friday. They assured me they would be here by Thursday. (Still 2 days late of “overnight”.) I called them Thursday morning and they said my parts haven’t even been shipped yet!!!!! So basically they guarantee they will send you parts and then they never ship anything! Worst service EVER. UPDATE- After a long heated conversation with the manager at the warehouse in California, he was able to find a part locally and had sent someone out to fix our sprinkler. He also gave us a new remote-access sprinkler timer box. So back up to 3 stars.
