High Rock Water & Mechanical Service LLC Had an awesome experience with Chad and Josh today! Got a quote within an hour and they came three days later on MY time frame. They called to let me know an eta when they were on the way. Quick, clean, professional and super friendly. Went above and beyond to fix my kitchen sink and even repaired a hose for me I didn’t know was leaking. Set and tested their work to make sure it was 100% fixed. Made sure my cabinets were dry and wiped their feet as they came in. All little things that really impressed me. They even let me pay cash and card combo! Highly recommend 💧

This company is something else. They opperate the CORRECT way. The owner is extremely nice and competent and they were fast and very knowledgeable. The service tech Chad that we had was a total chad. He was timely and one of the most professional hard working guys I've ever met but extremely nice to boot. My wife and I were extremely impressed by this company. I highly recommend them for any water need. They were able to mitigate the bacterial issue we were having living on old farm land and did it super quick, and handled the testing all while keeping us in the loop and very much apprised to what was going on in our house. They even beat 2 competitors In price.
