For Eyes

Great experience. Dr. Campbell's exam was unexpected as he did everything from the beginning to the end of the exam. He also did not rush and spent quality time with me. Christie and Sady made my experience even better. They had smiles and truly made me feel welcome with their outgoing friendliness. I don't find customer service very often like this, so shout out! My visit gets a 10 out of 10!

I visited the local store in St Pete on 7/15 @ 11:30AM to get a quote for progressive lenses and frames. After providing all of my insurance information, prescription, picking a specific frame, and answering all of the questions regarding lens options, upgrades, colors, etc. I was quoted $200 for everything. I confirmed that all requirements were answered, and I was happy with the quote. I informed Marie that I would be back, and she gave me a card and asked for a google review. When I returned at 3:30 the same day, the glasses had increased by $90. The explanation was just babble, and FOR Eyes was not willing to honor the price they had just quoted me 4 hours earlier. Bait & Switch tactics are illegal, and this was a horrible experience that wasted 2 hours.

BEST customer service!!! I randomly stopped here and glad I did. I received fantastic and personalized service from Jamie. She was very knowledgeable and didn't push for me to have the most expensive glasses or lens. She gave me all the time I needed to select sun/progressive glasses. When they arrived she spent time showing me how to use progressive glasses. She put the glasses in a bag and when I got home I saw that there was a thank you card - very classy.

I have been a patient at For Eyes for 15+ years but I have been going to the St. Pete location for 2 years. I’ve had nothing but issues with this location. They sent my contacts to the wrong address twice, my phone number was wrong in their system, my email was wrong also. Irenee was “assisting” me over the phone today and was trying to figure out my insurance info which should already be in the system. She was informing me about how many contacts come in a box, long story short she did not know that 6 pairs of contacts = 12 individual contacts. She said she was the manager and that no one works above her. If she’s the boss then I am not comfortable with them handling my eye care. I will not be returning to For Eyes again.

They lost my measurements after i spent the day there taking a vacation day to do so. What an absolute miss by them on this customer and future customers. They even said to scan the quote and email them to then tell me "no you have to take naother day off and come back in "....worst expierence iof my life

I drove my HANDICAPPED grandmother to her eye exam. An employee saw me waiting for her in a handicapped parking spot. I have handicapped plates. I was asked to move by this employee because it was where she parked so her car was out of the sun. There is no sign that says employee parking only. Update:: since this occurrence I have gone back to four eyes and found that the employee who was rude has been let go. It turns out that she has done similar things to other customers. The current staff are now very kind, professional. Since the service and the speedy adjustment on the issue from before I am bringing up my review again. The price is reasonable as well. I got two pairs of glasses for cheap and the store is very well kept and clean.

At my appointment, prior to the exam, I asked how much the eye exam was. It was told $79. The eye exam itself was great. When I paid I went to tap my card and they wanted my cvv code, not my pin. What's the point of tapping if I still need my card. When my card was charged it was $174, not what I was quoted. When I returned home I tried to call them about the charge. I was given 2 entries 1 or 2 (doctor or retail). Each selection was invalid so all I could do was leave a message. Never again.

Efficient and friendly service, great selection of frames, decent prices. Was done with exam (dilation included) and eyeglass selection in less than an hour. Sherri was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly.
