Outstanding customer service. Jorge and Yani were very helpful during a time no one wants to shop for tile which is during a leak repair. They were very helpful with our selection and what we could get the quickest to get the job done. Thank you again!

Impressive is the only word that comes to mind when explaining my interaction with Yanira Barrera today regarding our purchase of additional porcelain tiles for a home renovation project! Not only did she go above and beyond, but we got a great price and quick delivery date! Highly recommend Fresno Emser Tile for your needs!!

My husband and I purchased trimming for our Master Bathroom from this company on August 28th. We are doing some renovating of our home and its our first project. We found what we thought would be the perfect trim at the store on Clinton Ave. When shopping in the store we asked plenty of questions because we are not familiar with the process. Also the staff was not really helpful so lots of questions was a must. You had to pretty much pull teeth. The question we did not ask was in regards to the return policy. From a business standpoint (coming from my 12 years of Property Management experience) the employee obviously saw that we are NEW to renovating and also a first time customers to their store. The employee should have mentioned the NO RETURN policy at the time of purchase. The "policy" is no where to be seen in the store. The "policy" is not on the receipt, oh yes the receipt that says "Returns are subject to a 25% Restocking fee" but fails to mention that trimming can not be returned. I even went to the companies website since the receipt does state to go to the site to see the "Terms & Conditions of Sale". Again, noting about not being able to get your money back. Unfortunately, as our project was completed and we were getting ready to install we noticed that the trimming we purchased was not going to work. It was about 48 days after our initial purchase all items were in original condition. I reviewed the receipt and saw there was just a restocking fee, so my husband went back to Emser to try to return the trimming and was told by an employee that it could not be returned. Instead he was told that we could exchange the trim and would not even be charged a restocking fee. The employee even was giving us a more expensive trim and "honoring the price" that we paid for our original order! Awesome right!? Yeah, sounded too good to be true. He was told by the employee to come back the following business day because the person who could do the exchange was not there. When he returned he was declined the exchange and even told it could not be returned at all, not even restocked at a fee. What kind of business practice is this? It was upsetting to say the least. If these terms were written somewhere, then that would be okay. Even if there was some sort of verbal, then okay, that's fair. But this is not fair business practice. I feel as if Emser Tile took advantage of us as first time Home Owners. If we were some big contractor I'm sure we would've been treated differently and FAIRLY. I contacted the corporate office down south and they were extremely kind and referred me to the regional manager for my area. The regional manager seemed kind as well except here we are WEEKS later with no follow up, not even an apology. We have since purchased our trim from Home Depot which we should've done in the first place. Even though we paid more per a piece there we didn't mind because Home Depot actually valued us as customers. It is frustrating how Emser Tile treated us so unkind over a measly $309.08.
We have made all of our other home purchases elsewhere.

Since this is a single manufacturer showroom so the selection was smaller than many other places in town. That being said, I had no problem finding the particular style and color of tile I was looking for.

They were jammed with other customers and contractors when I was there. Staff were alert and juggled two or three clients at a time. They were able to assist me without making me feel either rushed or ignored.

Went in there Monday and nobody came to help so I went back with my husband today (4 days later) and it was the same. Not even a greeting of any type. I look over and their staff was submerged on their cell phones. They have beautiful stuff but they must not really want to sell.
