I am thoroughly loving my Culligan water. I trust I am getting pure water and the water tastes great. The service is great. Sal was very helpful in setting up my service and going over the entire contract, working around my busy schedule to ensure I could enroll.

Mr. Juan Mendez is a Sales/Service Technician that is going to attend you at his best, he goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and well attended, also the young ladies at the front desk are super kind and helpful, thank you to everyone there! Should be ZERO stars. I have reached out to this company to start services and I am on day three of waiting on the installation. First contact was over 10 days ago. Following signing documents they did not actually coordinate a date for the installation until after multiple days of not hearing back again I reached out. My point of contact has been Evan and although he has been responsive, it has all been empty promises.

Each day that the installation has not occurred I have had to reach out and ask for the reason why rather than the company reaching out to the customer. Their phone number online (and in response to each of the negative reviews) is simply a “message center”. There is always a round-about point of contact rather than an actual central hub.

Excuses as to why installation has not occurred:
Day 1: Didn’t schedule a driver/no drivers available.
Day 2: Truck Broke
Day 3: No reason provided

Save your time and money.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Months of calls and no response. Finally canceled our service, and the STILL charged our account for services not rendered. Staff is great but sounds to be very micro managed. The staff could not even refund the charges that were charged for month post service cancelation with out the owners approval, whom was on vacation and after said return date...still 2 weeks out and waiting for the approval as " note has been on owners desk".
Sad situation. The worst is that they have contracts with areas and both Lindsay and Fresno have the same owners.

Culligan is so unprofessional if I could rate them 0 stars I would. Since my first interaction with this company it's be terrible. I took time off work to have a scheduled meeting with Juan a sales rep for Culligan 5 minutes before our scheduled time he texted me he wasn't feeling well and wasn't coming. After calling Culligan to get someone else out Juan showed up. We went ahead and decided to sign on with Culligan for a water softener and a osmosis system with a scheduled installation time of 8am. Taking time off to have it installed they didn't show up. I called Juan and he tells me that Daniel is handling another install. Even though I had a scheduled appointment time. After waiting till 11am with no one showing up I ended up calling Juan my call was forwarded. I processed Text him to just cancel the install. It's so unprofessional for this company to waste people's time. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is the Worst.
