Karina is incredibly unhelpful. She would not process an order for our account because "they did not have it in stock", and she couldn't process our order then ship it from a different store - so she told me to call Modesto. I called Modesto and spoke with Justin, turns out Fresno had all the parts I asked for. Justin processed my order and had it ship from Fresno, which Karina Lara assured me she cannot do. Lazy and very poor service

After several tries of trying to locate a particular part, I arrived at this location and was greeted by Mr H.Hernandez with a smile and positive attitude. He immediately located the part that I needed. Made my Day!
