The staff is always friendly. The service is usually quick. We get our chicken and sheep feed here, and the prices are way better than the big box stores.

Cool farm store. We drove all the way from Maryville to get some new chicks. They are so neat and will grow up to have great colorful plumage. The staff was so nice and helpful. Will go back next time for my farm needs.

Bought some cow panels. The cashier was so friendly. She assured me they would put them in the truck and tie down. Those guys didn't bat an eye, loaded them and tied them down. Wonderful place to shop.

Fast and friendly service. Convenient location, with easy access. Much better shopping experience than going to a "big box" store where you can't find knowledgeable support and end up just roaming around or waiting. They have almost anything needed for a small farm.

Terrible customer service called trying to get them to order irrigation and didn't want to look anything up just told me they don't carry it and when I asked to look up different products they acted like I was being a jerk just because I asked them to look each up in the system to make sure. Then told me to call back when I calmed down just because I wanted them to look it up by product name and they didn't want to so just kept saying they did but how would they when they didn't even know what it was or what it was for and then told me to just go get it in grainger county. I will gladly spend my money with grainger county i was just trying to save myself the trip by having the stuff I need at a co op close by. If you are an actual farmer go to the grainger co op it has alot more products and is cheaper on almost everything than any other co op in East tn.

I really love this store. Everyone's so friendly. And they are my go-to for baby chicks. I also won't buy feed from anyone else. Since I've been using this feed, my birds have doubled egg production. And I don't know if it has to do with the feed, but I actually had a hen go broody, and that's legit never happened to me. Great service, kind workers, and fast service. They also helped me jump my car off when my battery went dead today in their parking lot, so that was a bonus for me!
