I love this company. Today my tech was Tomas and he was so professional, kind and courteous. He had to go in my crawl space w zero complaints nothing but a smile ! I would not recommend this company. I had them instal my lawn system 3 years ago. I have had problems since. They have come out to my house numerous times and tell me the controller box they installed is fine. The controller box on the wall does not recognize the back up battery. It goes off numerous times a day although its only programmed to turn on once every other day. I had recommended them in the beginning to two friends. I find out that they both received updated control boxes and that they had installed an older model during my installation. The controller has glitched from the onset of installation. They want to charge me 400 dollars for a new box. They installed a defective controller. The tech are very nice but pay attention to some of them because my sprinklers were watering the street. Some turn the sprinklers on but dont look to make adjustments. Overall very disappointed and stopped using them.

What a pleasure dealing with Hi-Tech. The rep was polite over the phone setting up the appointment and was able to send the guys over within the time frame I was looking for.. As a new homeowner I couldn't have been happier with the service I received from these guys. They were very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease from the consultation to the finished product.

Freakin awesome company. Daniel and Juan came out to me on time as promised. While Dan replaced my ancient irrigation box, Juan was searching and replacing my defective sprinkler heads. Great tag team. They were both professional as they swiftly completed their tasks. I had low pressure in one zone and they quickly found that I had a leaking sprinkler head that in 25 years I never knew existed. System was checked and cleaned out as needed. The use of programming and operating the app was methodically and thoroughly explained. Great experience and they did a great job. The system is working like a fine tuned violin. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Irrigation. 🙂

These guys installed a new sprinkler system on my property, and the very next day my semi inground pool was missing over a foot of water, and my entire lawn was soaked. They accidentally punctured my pool wall underground and ripped the liner. Mistakes happen, and I’m a very reasonable person. I got it patched immediately and was in contact with Bobby, who made me confident they’ll handle it in the offseason. He has now jerked me around for over a year, and now has totally stopped responding to my calls, texts, and direct emails to the company. I will be filing a small claim in court and with BBB.

UPDATED:
Your response is a cop out. No you did not dig under the bottom of the pool, you dug under the ground on the side of the pool. That’s where the puncture happened.

Owner is not taking responsibility. Saying to contact her lawyer. This is obviously not new to her, don’t depend on them to stand behind their work.
